A review of Gillcrest Homes Ltd by Anonymous written on Tuesday 20th of September 2016
Really bad experience with this company.Gillcrest have sold 12 properties and 14 months after the first property being sold there are still works outstanding. We don't have a dedicated space in a car park as it has still not been finished. There are problems with leaks, grounds not being maintained and the general liaison with their clients is laughable. The building inspector from the local council is now involved and we are all fed up, disappointed and frustrated. Time for legal action for them not keeping to the contract. Would not buy from them again and would advise anyone else not to. Be warned!.
