A review of Greystones by Sue Jones written on Wednesday 22nd of June 2011
Greystones is a clean, quite ordinary B&B. Nothing funky or considered, old fashioned chintz and plastic flowers, no hint of taste. Prices more than one would expect although they do have Wifi. Breakfast adequate, no frills, although big dining room with garden at end.
I'm afraid my problem is that they use some kind of (cheap?) product, presumably to clean the place particularly in the dining room, the aroma of which I find deeply unpleasant. Other people are not so sensitive to smells I'm sure. I don't have occasion to go away much these days, so perhaps this is a standard thing with B&Bs.
