"Gillcrest...really!?"

I am one of the 12 apartments in Clock Tower Lofts. From the date the 1st person moved in which I believe was the end of June 2015.almost 2 years! 11 of the occupied apartments are all totally disappointed with this company. We do fully understand the complexities of this being a phased development.however, the building is not managed by an external company in full as many outstanding issues have NOT been addressed. We understand that things may take some time to put right BUT we do not have fire doors at the two points of access to the car park and despite calls and emails this had not been done. They left the site in a mess.and it still is. Good luck if you engage with Gillcrest Homes! You will need it. All 11 of us will continue to try to get what we paid for!.
